Cancellation & Replacement Policy

At UAE Vapor, we aim to provide a smooth shopping experience and ensure every order arrives in perfect condition. Please read our Cancellation & Replacement Policy below before placing your order.

Order Cancellation

Orders can only be cancelled before they have been processed or dispatched.

  • If you wish to cancel your order, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible after placing your order.

  • Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

  • If your cancellation request is approved before dispatch, a full refund will be processed using your original payment method.

Incorrect Delivery Details

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information when placing an order.

If an incorrect address has been entered:

  • Contact us immediately.

  • We can update the address if your order has not yet been dispatched.

  • Once an order has been shipped, we are unable to change the delivery address.

Additional courier charges resulting from incorrect delivery information may be the customer's responsibility.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged during transit or you have received the wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photographs of the product and packaging

Once we have reviewed the information, we will arrange a suitable resolution, which may include a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Faulty Devices

All products are quality checked before dispatch. If you believe your vape device is faulty:

  • Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Do not dispose of the product.

  • We may request photographs or videos showing the fault.

  • In some cases, we may ask for the device to be returned for inspection before approving a replacement.

If the fault is confirmed to be a manufacturing defect, we will provide a replacement or refund at our discretion.

Disposable Vapes & Prefilled Pods

Due to the nature of disposable and prefilled vape products:

  • Minor condensation, airflow differences, or slight variations in flavour are considered normal.

  • Puff counts quoted by manufacturers are estimates and will vary depending on individual usage.

  • Products that have been heavily used or are empty cannot be replaced simply because the advertised puff count has not been achieved.

If a product is genuinely defective upon first use, please contact us within 48 hours with photographs or videos where possible.

Returns

For hygiene, health, and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened vape products unless they are confirmed to be faulty.

Unopened products may be eligible for return within 14 days of delivery, provided they:

  • Are unused.

  • Are unopened and in their original sealed packaging.

  • Are in a resalable condition.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a confirmed faulty product.

Replacement Process

Where a replacement has been approved:

  • We will dispatch the replacement as soon as possible after approval.

  • If the original product needs to be returned, replacement dispatch may take place once the returned item has been received and inspected.

  • We reserve the right to replace the product with the same item or an equivalent product if the original is no longer available.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
